Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received. 

  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

  • Standard shipping: 2–4 business days 5,99€

  • Free shipping for orders over 120€

European Union:

  • Standard shipping: 4–8 business days 13,99€

  • Free shipping for orders over 250€

United Kingdom:

  • Standard shipping: 2-8 business days 19,99€

  • Free shipping for orders over 300€

United States of America:

  • Duties and tariffs are included in the price. You do not have to pay additional fees upon delivery. 
  • Standard shipping: 39€
  • Free shipping for orders over 300€

 

Rest of World:

  • Standard shipping: 7–21 business days 25€

  • Free shipping for orders over €300

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays or postal service issues.

 


 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your package online.

 


 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For orders outside the EU, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply.

  • For US American customers, duties and tariffs are included in the price.
  • We cannot predict these charges, as they vary by country.

 


 


 


 

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • We carefully pack all items, but if your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos.

  • Lost packages will be investigated with the carrier; replacements or refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

 


 

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted as per European law no questions asked for customers from the EUROPEAN UNION only, within 14 days of receipt of package. Please email me to request a return. Items MUST be in their original condition, and return postage is at the cost of the buyer.

Please note:  Sehnsucht Collection is a one-woman business and returns can be quite challenging for small businesses. I aim for the satisfaction of my customers at all times, and if for whatever reason, I have overlooked any faults or you feel the item does not reflect the description, then a return within the EU is understandable, however please do check measurements and photos carefully before purchase.
