Bespoke 1970s Tailor-Made Green Chiffon Gown

Step into the decadence of 1970s West Berlin with this one-of-a-kind bespoke gown, tailor-made from earlier vintage Indian chiffon. Ethereal, fluid, and intoxicatingly glamorous, this piece fuses Art Deco echoes with hedonistic 70s excess.

The halterneck is framed by a twisted copper choker with a hook closure, seamlessly integrated into the design. The gown fastens at the back with hook-and-eye closures. Delicate studding is scattered across the chiffon, catching the light, while the waistband forms a bold starburst pattern in the same tiny studs—a detail both architectural and sensual.

This gown has danced through the wildest nights of West Berlin, yet it remains in excellent vintage condition, a rare survivor of its scene.

Styling

Condition

Excellent vintage handmade condition. The brass neckpiece is no longer perfectly round.  No visible flaws, tears, or repairs despite its storied past.
