RESERVED FOR MARIA PLEASE DO NOT BUY An absolutely extraordinary late 1960s zebra print jacket in what appears to be genuine printed pony hair / hair-on hide, fully lined in satin and finished with hidden hook-and-eye closures down the front. Pieces like this sit somewhere between mod London tailoring, Italian boutique glamour and early jet-set safari style — dramatic, sculptural and impossibly chic without feeling costume-like.

The cut is beautifully clean and architectural, with a slightly swingy silhouette, cropped sleeves and an oversized statement collar that frames the face perfectly whether worn open or fastened. The zebra pattern has been carefully matched across seams, particularly down the back, suggesting this was a higher-end piece when made.

Unlike heavier fur coats, this works beautifully as an all-season statement layer — worn over denim, knitwear, slips or tailoring alike. It has that rare quality vintage animal print sometimes has where it looks simultaneously authentically 60s and completely contemporary.

Excellent vintage condition with minimal signs of age or wear. A few small areas where the hair has thinned or worn away to reveal leather underneath but this is very minimal, please see pictures.
