1970s Tiger Print Calf Hair & Leather Cropped Jacket

A striking and rare 1970s tiger print jacket crafted from printed calf hair leather with contrasting smooth black leather sleeves and trims. This is pure early-70s glam energy — bold, tactile and sculptural, with that unmistakable hair-on-hide depth that cannot be replicated in faux materials.

The front and back panels are cut in symmetrical tiger striping, creating a dramatic central spine effect that feels architectural and intentional. Condition

Good vintage condition. No tears or structural damage. One small section of fur is slightly thinning revealing a tiny bit of leather underneath (see last picture). The calf hair shows slight natural inconsistencies and subtle variation in the hair, typical for hair-on-hide garments of this age. Leather panels remain supple and strong.
