Mini Beaded Edwardian / Early 20th Century Coin or Jewellery Pouch

An utterly charming miniature beaded pouch, hand-worked in black and white glass beads with a swirling decorative motif. Likely originally intended as a coin purse or small personal pouch, this type of piece could be worn suspended from a belt, chatelaine, or attached to clothing, and today makes a beautiful and unusual accessory or keepsake piece.

Despite its tiny scale, the beadwork is finely executed and the bag is fully functional. A lovely collectible, but also wearable in a modern way — clipped to a belt, hung from a brooch, or used to hold small jewellery pieces.
