Richly embroidered on both the front and back, every surface is covered in vibrant, densely stitched flowers in vivid shades of crimson, raspberry, pink, violet, cornflower blue, golden yellow and emerald green against a crisp white linen ground.

Kalocsa embroidery is one of Hungary’s most celebrated textile traditions, recognised for its exuberant floral motifs, saturated colour palette and remarkable technical precision.
